App testing without monetization

Hi @cinteladmin It looks like there’s some confusion around how to add test users, so I want to clarify that clicking on the " Assign test user licenses" is not the correct method.

To add test users, you’ll want to do this through your development environment:

  1. Go to the Development tab of your app.
  2. Click on Local Test.
  3. From there, select Add App — this is how you (or your testers) can authorize the app for testing.

You can also invite collaborators to your app, and they can follow the same process to test it.

If you’re testing in the production environment, the process is similar. However, for external users, you’ll want to request a Beta URL (also called a Shareable URL). This allows up to 10 users to install and test your app before it’s published.

If your test user is a Zoom reviewer, all they need is credentials to access your platform — whether that’s a website, app, or other interface. There’s no need to configure anything within Zoom itself for them; the setup should happen on your end.

I’ve also recorded a quick video to help make everything more visual and easier to follow — I hope it helps! Clips
