Description: I’m trying to create a user-managed zoom app for the purpose of Zoom OAuth. Currently the app is still in draft and development mode.
Expectation: Before I can move this app into production, I’d like to test it out for a few test users.
Error : I do not have the option to add test user licenses( It’s greyed out) and I’m not able to activate/move the app to an active state
Trouble Shooting routes: I have checked the documentation and reviewed various topics on the forum and couldn’t find a solution to this particular issue
