Hi support team,
one of your users, using a company pro plan is tryng to connect with our application
but for some reason everytime he tries to sync (oauth) he get in a screen saying “Application not found, It may have been deleted or you don’t have permission to view it right now.”
this not happen with other accounts, so I’m suspicious that is some setting in his account preventing me to connect with this app
I’ve already read other form posts about this topic, but in their case their app was no published, in our case our app is published, verified, the majority of the users can sync oauth normally, but one of them always hit this error pgae, and I’m just coming here to make sure that there’s nothing preventing he connect in our side ok?
can you help me ?
