Are there any way to apply API or Webhook only to one department?

Ex) One big company has one zoom contract. There are several departments in the company. We’d like to apply our application connected to Zoom only to one department. How can we do that?

I know that there are three default roles, Owner, Admin, Members. We also create a custom role. Using these role management, are there any best way? Thank you for your support!!

If you want to apply it to only one department, have only that department install the application and you can set the API events for that app specifically.
