Are Zoom client version numbers device specific?

Description
When I retrieve information about participants in a meeting, the device type is often shown as unknown. This occurs when a user is not logged in to one of our licensed accounts. I’m trying figure out a way to infer device details and wonder if the client version numbers related to the device type that a participant is using.
For example, I’m currently running 5.5.12494.0204on Windows, while my Mac is also running the latest version at 5.5.2.12513.0205. If indeed there are device-specific versions, is there a table that I can check to see what operating system a person using?

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
JWT
Which Endpoint/s?
