Device Type "Unknown" in List Meeting Participants QoS API

Hi, we have a use case to log the device from which our users join a meeting and some other QoS metrics too. Lately after trying with a bunch of meetings it was observed that the device type is sending value “Unknown” for all the participants.

We are using a SDK client both at our Web, Android and ios client in app, hence which doesn’t require our users to actually have a zoom account and login per se.

I read a few other discussion here that the API requires the participants to join via their zoom account, but our use case can’t be flexible in doing so. I would highly request the team to take this up on priority if possible, it would be wonderful.
