Audio Echo and feedback loop when connected to Macbook with internal speaker and microphone

Video SDK Type and Version
@zoom1234/videosdk”: “^1.4.0”

Description
*I’m using a Macbook Pro and I use the same external/internal speakers on all my calls (Zoom app, Teams, BlueJeans, etc.) without an issue. But for some reason when I use the same mic/speaker combo in the Video SDK it’s very sensitive and picks up everyone else’s voice, even at a relatively low volumes and the other participant gets significant audio feedback loop .
As soon as I plug in headphones the echo goes away. We replicated the same issue on a coworkers Mac as well, but aren’t having this issue with PC and Android users.
*

Error?
*No error message *

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior including:
1. Join the session with mac
2. Chrome and safari

If anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this, please let me know!
