Audio No Working on Zoom

Hi Team,
I am new on Zoom Meeting and used to take online classes. But instantly my audio is gone and not working at all. I also followed all on way screen instructions; but nothing is worth it. I then shifted to the desktop and took the lecture there.
There is no problem with my mobile. Plzz assist in this scenario.
