I have recently started teaching foreign language students and one of the biggest issues is having to send them back and forth to breakout rooms for activities.
I was wondering whether anyone has thought of developing a feature which would allow the host to match audio streams to users so that a teacher could keep the whole class in the main room and link users for pairwork through their audio?
So for example, in a class of 20 I could link student a with student b’s audio so that they can hear each other but not anyone else … allowing everyone to stay in the same room … The host would be able to choose which linked audio to hear …
This would be a game changer for online teaching … *
