Automated messages in Webinar

I am trying to develop an app to send automated messages in Zoom Webinar.

I have CSV or Google Spreadsheet with webinar id, time, message

I want to send messages after a certain time (minutes) after starting the webinar.

I am trying.

Any expert then please let me know your actions if any.

Unfortunately we do not have an endpoint that allow you to send in webinar messages via API
