Automatic Recording Not Getting Started

I have enabled automatic recording in the cloud for Zoom phone. However, I do not see the recordings.

Further, I am using the recording started and recording completed events for some programming purposes - I am getting those events, but I am not receiving the “play_url” or “download_url” - which maybe due to recordings not getting started automatically.
Note:- I have the licensed account.

Automatic recording is not getting started for inbound and outbound calls for the Zoom phone.
