Avoid Host Video Recording

Hi,

Is there any way to avoid the recording of Host video? we would like to only have the video of the participant even if the Host is speaking.

We have read the docs, but we didn’t find a set up for this. 

In addition, we think that some parts of the docs should have more information. Sometimes the description doesn’t help at all, like in this case: https://zoom.github.io/api/#retrieve-a-users-settings

Hi David, no - you cannot suppress the recording of just the host video if the host has their video turned on in the session (i.e. video is not muted). 

we will take a look at the descriptions and fix it if it’s not clear.
