I am creating a meeting using Zoom meeting API but I want to avoid anyone (even the host) from recording video part from the recording i.e. users can still record the audio of the meeting session. How can I do that?

I dont think this is possible. You either record both audio / video or nothing. If you dont want to record the video, you can switch off the cameras for the participants
