Azure SSO Autoprovisioning eror updating. SystemForCrossDomainIdentity ManagementServiceIncompatible

I have SSO setup and working for quite awhile. Deploying new users via azure doesn’t seem to be a problem, however updating/changing users license levels in azure zoom application generates an error:

I think it’s been setup since before the one you posted. I believe we followed instructions here for manual configuration

It is still an issue with the way we currently have it setup. I had previously opened a support ticket when we noticed it had started failing and support advised us to post the issue here for help with your implementation.
