Being required to authorize an app more than once

An app I’ve developed is now asking me to authorize it again and again. It’s in production and has a publishable URL enabled.
This is a new behavior.
While on the authorization message, I check my installed apps page and I see the app there, available for uninstall, so clearly it’s installed and should not ask me to authorize it again.
I didn’t change scopes, these are the view meeting and edit meetings scopes, as before.

How do I investigate this?

The app type is OAuth.

Strange. Can you try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it?

That didn’t help. I uninstalled the app and then approved it. Tried again and I still need to approve it.
