Authorize page redirects to itself again and again

I made an app which accesses my meetings data and store it in database. It was working correctly but now when zoom is asking me to authorize, i click on authorize but the same page opens up again asking me to authorize again.

Can you provide a video of this happening so we can investigate further?

Also is this happening when authorizing via the Test Install Url or the Production Install Url for your OAuth app?
