We are beginning to use Breakouts for larger and larger meetings, ie, >40…
Many of our attendees do NOT have personal zoom accounts, and likely will not.
Describe the solution you’d like
A) allow us to register people without a zoom account to assigned breakout rooms.
B) allow people who we let into the meeting, choose which breakout they want to attend.
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
We have no good solution at this time.
Additional context
The way to get folks to buy a zoom account is to demonstrate its usefulness. If it were easier to give them good experiences with flexible breakout rooms that are easy for hosts to setup/pre-assign, and easy for attendees dropping in and out of meetings to quickly/easily go into chosen breakouts.
