Breakout Rooms: Your activity status is being shared with the host

Hi all,

Our team is noticing that they now receive a pop-up when entering a Breakout Room for the first time in a meeting;

Is this new? We haven’t experienced it before. Have any other Zoom App developers using Breakout Rooms noticed this pop-up before?

How does this modal work, and under what circumstances is this shown?

One of our team member noticed they were kicked from the Breakout Room after approximately 5 seconds, despite not clicking either of the buttons. Any ideas whether this is unrelated, or is it possible they were kicked because they didn;t select “Got It”?

Is there any way for app developers to prevent this from appearing?

@om7 Just to make sure I understand, the user sees this dialog after you call the openBreakoutRooms API, correct?
