Broadcast to Youtube without accessing a YT account?

I am not sure if this is the correct form (maybe web SDK?) - so pls feel free to move it over if needed.
I would like to setup an interface that via the API, I can schedule a new Meeting, which would then be hooked into a scheduled Youtube video - but without making the user mess with having to to the YouTube stuff himself.

Is this doable?
