Setup live stream for multiple users

Description
I need to setup live stream for multiple users for an organization. The docs mention setting up for a particular user, and i noticed that the admin has to update the instructions for a custom stream. This means that each meeting will stream to a different url,(I checked setting up a custom server here- https://www.myslingstudio.com/Help/KB/KB-1148.aspx) does this mean that a different server needs to be running for every stream?

Can you explain more about what you are trying to do? Are you trying to do this through the API?
