How to get Video Stream API from a zoom meeting?

Description
I am looking for an API which can help me show all the video feed of every individual attendee separately in a web browser. I am using that to be as a source for OBS which is a streaming software and it accepts a website URL as a source.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
Webhook, Oauth.

Additional Info
The user does not need to be the admin or the host of the meeting to be able to hook up the app with their OBS.
