[Bug] Signature timeout when Assigning People to Breakout Rooms

Summary

When assigning a participant to a breakout room, participant get join timeout error with signature expired as shown on the screenshots below. Asking participants to join a room works fine. Should be reproducible in the sample app also. Please inquire as soon as possible as it is an active defect.

Solved hosts needs to upgrade their Zoom Desktop Client to latest.
