Buttons are disabled when changing participants roles in webinars

When attendees are promoted to panelists or vice versa, QA and Raise Hand buttons are disabled. They need to refresh the page/webinar to have the buttons enabled again.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join a Webinar
  2. As host change the role of a participant
  3. Participant can’t perform some actions


Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Desktop
  • OS: Windows 11
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Browser Version 92.0.4515.159

Thank you for posting in the Developer Forum – I am happy to help. As a start, are you able to share a screenshot of the browser console when you see this behavior ? In the meantime, I will work to reproduce the behavior on my end and report the findings here.
