Where are the call queue related endpoints and webhooks?
Coming from other phone system APIs, I find it odd that there aren’t any webhooks or API calls for call queue related events. I would want hooks for opt-in/out events and join/leave events as well as API endpoints for the option to opt-in/out of a call queue.
Is the expectation that I pay $70/mo/user for contact center just to get webhooks for events that happen with the package I already have?
I can opt in or out of a queue in the UI, so they aren’t features that I don’t have access to, just features that I can’t programmatically do or react to.
