Hello! How can I find out the details of a user’s call termination? For example, did the subscriber hang up, or was there a disconnect through the Zoom API?
Happy to point you in the right direction. Is this in reference to a Zoom Meeting, or a Zoom Phone call? If it’s the Zoom Phone details you’re interested in, you can find a “result” field in our Call Logs API:
