I need to know if there is a way to change or disable the pop up dialog that appears when a user joins a meeting and his camera is unavailable (see attached pic).

currently we don’t provide API call to hide pop up dialog. You are welcome to post this request under “New Developer Feature/Enhancement Requests”, we will consider to add based on amount of requests.
