Can I create multiple ZoomSDK accounts to create a second and subsequent apps?

I am trying to use the Zoom Video SDK for multiple services.
The “Video SDK Pay As You Go” plan offers a free allowance, but if I create multiple accounts with the same company, same name, and issue different API keys, will I still be able to use the free allowance for each account?
(For example, if we create two accounts, we can use 10000 minutes *2)

I could not find anything about multiple accounts in the terms and conditions, so I am asking this question here.
