I have followed all the instructions but the issue is arising, how do I resolve it ?

can not access the html file, please be sure the file uploaded correctly and retry
file is uploaded on server but still not being accessed, how do i resolve this

I want to submit app to zoom marketplace for submission but the domain is not being verified due to this issue.
