I want to build a robot, that would say some text in the chat panel, and build some interaction ways for users to tell the robot to execute specific tasks, such as send a private message to specific people, and we want to have a interactive transcript panel, e.g., one of the user could reply one of the sentences in transcript panel. Through which API I can implement these functions?
