Can WebSDK join a meeting hosted by a free account?

With the sample app, I could only join meetings hosted by Pro accounts, but not Free accounts.

Is this correct behavior?

Hey @jr898,

Yes, to host meetings with the Web SDK, the developer must have a Pro or higher plan.

Right, but I wasn’t able to join a meeting created by a free account.

I understand that one needs to have a Pro account to host a meeting.

Try running the WebSDK sample app and try joining a meeting hosted by a free account and you won’t be able to join.
(It only works with a meeting hosted by a pro account)

What error are you seeing? Please send the meeting number and signature to developersupport@zoom.us so I can debug?
