Can you send multiple audio streams to Zoom video sdk/Zoom Client? The idea is to send different language audio so that participants could choose which language they want to listen. Is there some resources on how to do it?

Is there somehow a way to stream audio to zoom using a virtual machine? As there are language selections on business plan, maybe it is possible to send audio stream to a chosen language? If multiple audio streams are not possible, maybe it is possible to send single stream to a speaker slot or language list?
