Cannot submit app due to file upload failure

Description
I’m trying to submit an app, but I’m prompted to upload a file to the technical design in point 5. “Additional Documents”. It says that it’s only recommended, and not required, but now, all of a sudden, I’m prompted to do it.
The issue is that I cannot upload a file. When I uploads a file, it keeps loading forever.
In the console logs, it shows this error:
POST https://marketplace.zoom.us/api/v1/files/upload 400 (Bad Request)
I’m trying to upload a normal pdf file.
I have not had any issues uploading files in other places earlier, such as for the Technical Architecture Diagram.

How To Reproduce
1. Navigate to “Technical Design” in app submission.
2. Click “Upload” in section 5. called “Additional Documents (Recommended)”.
3. Select a file to upload.
4. It now keeps loading in the UI and shows the error in the console logs.

Can you please share screenshots of the submission with me in a DM? I am able to upload a file in that section on my end, whether it is a PDF or any other format it accepts.

The first image is how it looks in the UI when I try to upload it. It just keeps spinning.
The second image is what it shows in the console logs when I upload it.

I’ve tried with different PDFs and other file types to see if it should be something with the file, but none of them work.
