Can't access app

I have created an app, with my user and then we create a team with 3 different members, but none of these members can follow the Oauth process, it gives all the time the same error.
Our app is still in development and today I submitted for approval.
But we really need to get it working at least for our members so we can get some functionalities working in the CRM we are building

This app cannot be installed outside of the developer’s account. Please contact the application developer to get support with installing this application.

If you wish to test the app outside of the account it was created under, you can submit a request for a Publishable URL:

Note that this is intended as a temporary testing privilege, and you will still be required to publish your app publicly.
