Can't find option to “Request to share this app outside this account”

Description
I want my app to be used by beta user before it’s published. I googled and found that it is possible to share my app with users of other accounts in beta mode using “Request to share this app outside this account” but I can’t find it anywhere.

Error
Oauth Error : App cannot be installed outside developer account

Which App?
ZOFU OAuth app

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us
2. Go to the app “ZOFU OAuth app”
3. Not able to find a button/link to share the app with users of other accounts

Additional context
My app is an OAuth authorized app. Is that a problem?
