Can't get the chat_message.sent activity from webhook

Hi,

I sent a file in the chat msg directly as in the attachment, and I didn’t get the corresponding webhook event generated, while it works if I reply a msg with the file. Could anyone tell me what should I do to get the chat_message.sent event when I sent a file directly in the channel? Thanks.

Hi @testadmin1 , I believe this is unexpected behavior. Could you confirm if this is the first time you’re experiencing this?

We encountered this all these days. If we only sent a file in the channel, there is no corresponding webhook event generated. Thanks.
