The video chat screen cannot be displayed on an Android device.

Browser Console Error
NotReadableError: Could not start video source

Do you mean the video cannot be rendered on an Android device? Are there errors on the console when the issue occurs?

Thank you for the additional information about the issue.

We tested it with the same Android model on our sample app but were unable to reproduce this issue. Could you try it on our sample app?
