Can't update fields in Production app - The application is not found

I can’t perform updates on fields in my app’s production configs.
When I try to add an OAuth URL or the homepage URL for my app in the production tab, I get an error in the upper right that says the application cannot be found. I also cannot see the values for my clientID and clientSecret and when I try to regenerate the clientSecret, it also produces an error.;

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior including:
1. Set a value for OAuth Redirect URL
2. See error in the top right that says “The application is not found”
