I have encountered the following problem while integrating Zoom into the Canvas platform. I was wondering if any of you have encountered something similar.
I am using the open source Canvas LMS and have a paid Zoom Pro plan for one person. I have tried the integration with Zoom LTI Pro version 1.3.
I have tried several times to repeat the integration as per Zoom’s instructions, but have not been able to resolve the error. The problem appears when I try to turn Zoom on in the Canvas LMS course navigation.
Could the problem be that I only have the Zoom Pro plan and not the Business ?
