Channel_message.sent Event Not Available For Webhook-Only App

Hello Zoom Support, I am a Super Admin for my Zoom account and I am trying to create a Webhook-only app to automate task creation in Jira. I need my internal team to send messages in a dedicated Zoom channel, and I want these messages to trigger a webhook. Issue: When configuring Event Subscriptions in my Webhook-only app, the event channel_message.sent does not appear as an option. Previously, I was able to create tasks in Jira via Make when sending messages in the channel, but the tasks had no message details. What I need help with: Why isn’t channel_message.sent available for my Webhook-only app? What Zoom plan, permissions, or app configuration is required to enable channel message events for a webhook? Can this be enabled for my account so the webhook can capture messages sent in channels? Thank you for your assistance!
