Chat cloud recording not saved

During a meeting processed at 2020/11/03 18:15:00 (Japanese time), 2 participant were present and used chat (to everyone). At the end of the meeting we have checked recording management on zoom cloud, but nothing no recording was found for that meeting. Do you know what could be the cause ?
I will send the meeting ID by email later.

No error, recording was not saved in zoom could.
