I can't find some zoom meetings in the cloud recordings, any one reported this problem?

The system was working very well until 2021-09-01,
but I started to realize that some recordings is missing but when I went to account management, cloud recordings, I saw no recordings to the meeting id, its happened in 5 meetings out of nearly 1000, so the meeting diden’t get recorded even I enabled the auto recording in the zoom api, what happend?
