Chat message retrieval API issue

I am trying to get message information using chat/users/me/messages API.

Substitute contact information for “to_contact” to get message information.

There are a total of 5 people in the external contact list, but only 1 API call is normal, and “Bad Request” occurs for the rest. If all 5 people have an error, it can be called a program error, but 1 person has a normal error. What could be the problem?
