Chatbot App not working on Mobile

I have a client that is trying to install a Zoom Chatbot Integration on her Zoom Account. It works fine on Desktop, however, on mobile, they see this error:

“Cannot load content, click Retry”

Multiple users at the client are having this issue while others aren’t.
They are using an iPhone with iOS 16.0

Is there any documentation/guidance I can give to the customer in order to fix this issue?
Is it possible a problem with the integration itself?
