Checking Zoom Apps Enabled via API

Is there a way to determine if Zoom apps are enabled for your account/if pre-approval is required through the API?

Something similar to the info on the account info api or zoom rooms account info api that gives info about the current config for an account’s zoom app settings would be helpful for on-boarding users and giving them direction on how to get set up with Zoom apps on their account.
