We currently run a custom built WebRTC app for our online instruction service. 90% of our endpoints (both customer and staff) are running ChromeOS.

 

I’m aware of your Chrome Extension to natively run Zoom on ChromeOS, however it is lacking some of the in app tools we use in our existing platform (doc camera sharing, custom auth etc). 

 

 

I don’t see a Chrome Extension SDK listed in your Development Portal. I did start modifying your published Chrome Extension and I could see that working if there was an official way to do this.

 

Do you plan to offer a Chrome Extension SDK?

Jim, we don’t have plans as of now but you have given us a valid use case to think about. We will look at it more closely and keep the community posted.
