Virtual Background Support for Chromebook Desktop App

Problem: There is no Virtual background support on the zoom chromebook app. Chromebooks have the software to run virtual background and so i am frustrated as to why it is not supported. Most chromebooks come out of the box with a decent webcam.

Solution: Add support for Virtual background in the next update or patch fix for zoom
