Client ID and Secret for Account Level Apps

Does an account user simply use the Account Level app’s Client ID and Secret when requesting Access and Refresh tokens? I am used to creating User Apps where this is done for each user and I am confused.

Also if app user A requests an Access and Refresh token using the Account App’s client ID, will that effect user B’s saved Refresh token (expiring it) or will they be kept separate?

Thanks for reaching out to us!
This is a great question. Actually, Account level apps are supposed to be authorized by Account Admins or users with admin rights.
So not all the users under your account will be able to authorize the app as if they were to authorize a User Level app.
