Is there an API that can show a report of who has downloaded a cloud recording?
From the zoom portal, we can see this report, but we have not found a way using Zoom API.

I was wrong. I looked further into this and did some testing on my end and we do have an endpoint to get the download report: Get a meeting or webinar recording’s analytics details
You will just have to pass the type of analytics you are trying to get in your query params (by_view and by_download)
