Component View WebGL video flicker

Description
The new Component View of the WebSDK only features a speaker view (at least in macOS Safari).
Joining a meeting with multiple participants with video on, it can start to flicker between the different participant’s videos.

I minimized and then went back to speaker view. Then the bug appeared.
