Conferences IO Displaying Message With Embedded Video

When using the embedded zoom link option in conferences io our video displays the message “To join a meeting hosted by an external Zoom account, your SDK app has to be published to Zoom Marketplace. You can refer to Section 6.1 of Zoom’s API License Terms of Use”.

We have not had this issue before and are unsure what this means or how to resolve this issue.

We are inserting the zoom webinar link into conferences io to embed the video inot our webinar page on conferences io. We are not using the app. We have added conferences io through the marketplace.

@zoom23 this is saying that the Meeting SDK’s associated app on marketplace.zoom.us is currently unpublished.

As long as it is unpublished, you can only join meetings created in your own tenant. If you want to join meeting created by external tenant, you will need to publish your app on marketplace.zoom.us
